Both service points have full disabled access with an open plan environment which creates a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Meeting rooms are available for more sensitive discussions. The Kirkwall service point is equipped with extensive hearing loop facilities and subscribes to the Royal National Institute for the Deaf’s Typetalk system.
