Local Review Body

The Planning Etc (Scotland) Act 2006 and the Town and Country Planning (Schemes of Delegation and Local Review Procedure)(Scotland) Regulations 2008, together provide for the establishment of a Committee of the Council, to be known as a Local Review Body, or LRB, with effect from 3 August 2009. The functions of the LRB are held by the Planning Committee.
