Notice is hereby given that Orkney Islands Council has made an order in terms of section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to the effect that on Saturday 26 October 2019, in connection with a torchlit walk, John Street, Victoria Street, Church Road, Graham Place, Dundas Street, Alfred Street, South End and Ness Road, Stromness will be closed to vehicular traffic and parking will be prohibited between the hours of 16:30 and 18:30.
