Notice is hereby given that Orkney Islands Council has made an order in terms of section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 in connection with a Halloween themed parade organised by Kirkwall BID. The effect of the order is that from 14:00 to 16:00 on Saturday 26 October 2019 the roads in Kirkwall specified in the Schedule hereto will be closed to vehicular traffic and parking there will be prohibited from 13:30 to 16:30 during which time Broad Street Car Park (next to The Reel) will also be closed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic are available by way of adjoining roads.
