Surface dressing is set to continue tomorrow (Wednesday 18 July) on the B9047 (the main Moaness - Lyness - Longhope road) on a 1km section either side of Lyrawa Bay in North Hoy.
Once this is completed, the team will then move to another section of the main road at Lyness, where work will be carried out from the Hoy Hotel to just past the School (Hoy and North Walls Community School).
There are no diversion routes, but the team will make every effort to maintain access for vehicles and will ensure ferry traffic can get through. Please allow an extra twenty minutes for your journey.
No public bus services are affected.
