The Council will be carrying out important road works on Pickaquoy Road from 09:00 tomorrow (Tuesday 27 August) until 17:00 on Thursday 29 August.
The work involves laying down coloured anti-skid surfacing either side of the pedestrian crossing between Tesco and the Great Western Road car park.
One lane will be closed 24/7 for the duration of the works. Drivers will not be able to turn left on leaving the Tesco carpark, and the bus stop outside Tesco will also be out of use.
Temporary traffic lights will be in place to manage the lane closure.
The work is expected to finish by 5pm on Thursday (29 August).
