Orkney Islands Council is advising that recycling collections could be affected by the strong winds forecast for tomorrow (Tuesday 14 March).
Residents in areas where collections are due to take place are advised that it may not be possible to pick up paper and plastic if there is the risk this could be blown about by the wind.
