Two important documents relating to how the Council procures goods and services have been published on the Council website this week.
The first, is a forward plan of all the procurement activity that the Council is due to carry out over 2018 and into 2019. This document will be of particular interest to anyone wishing to do business with the Council in the coming months. Follow this link for the 'Procurement Strategy' page.
The second, the Sustainable Procurement Policy, looks at how the Council buys goods and services in a way that benefits the local community.
The Council spends tens of millions of pounds every year on a diverse range of goods and services from suppliers.
