Orkney Islands Council advises that the road closure at the entrance to Bridge Street and associated changes in Albert Street and Laing Street is being extended for a further two weeks until Monday 19 February.
The revised timescale is due to construction delays on the Harbour Street Paving project as a result of recent severe weather and poor conditions forecast over coming days.
The Council apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
