Corse West Development Brief - Supplementary Planning Guidance
On the 27th April 2010, The Corse West, Kirkwall Development Brief was approved by the Council as Supplementary Planning Guidance. The first draft of the Development Brief was the subject of public consultation from 28th January until the 11th March, with changes made to the Brief in light of comment received.
This Supplementary Planning Guidance is a material consideration when making decisions on planning applications within this development site after the 27th April 2010. It will also inform the review of the Development plan.
