Westermill Development Brief
On the 27th April 2010, The Westermill Development Brief was approved by the Orkney Islands Council as Supplementary Planning Guidance. The first draft of the Development Brief was the subject of public consultation from 28th January until the 11th March 2010, with changes made to the Brief in light of comment received.
This Supplementary Planning Guidance is a material consideration when making decisions on planning applications within this development site after the 27th April 2010. It will also inform the review of the Development plan.
