Orphir pupils play up to the challenge
Orphir pupils with Active Schools Coordinators Cheryl Rafferty and Michael Swanney.
Primary 1, 2 and 3 pupils from Orphir Primary School have recently been awarded certificates for completing their ‘Playground Challenge Award’.
Class Teacher Dawn Williams says “We have a fantastic playpark here at Orphir and I wanted the pupils to be able to use this to its full potential.
“I spoke to our Active Schools Co-ordinator Cheryl Rafferty and together we created a challenge which encouraged the pupils to think about different ways they could travel over the playpark equipment which were safe and fun.
“I am very proud of the pupils for completing this, there were some fantastic moves!”
