Given the inevitable technical issues that can arise it is best to:
- Do a test run first if the VC event is important e.g. involves pupils or other locations outside Orkney.
- Have access to a mobile phone in the same room as the VC unit and exchange phone numbers prior to the event.
Multi-Conference calls can be arranged via the Papdale House System, up to four, 3 + 1, or through the LTScotland and VC Bridge.
