The local authority is responsible for maintenance and repairs of street lights, and lighting faults including illuminated bollards, signs and beacons.

Reporting a Street Lighting Problem

You can report a street lighting problem using our online street lighting fault form. You will be asked to indicate if the problem is connected to a:

• Damaged cable
• Damaged column
• Light on during the day
• Light flickering, lamp out
