Supplementary Guidance

Until such a time as the Orkney Local Development Plan is adopted by the Council, this guidance is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications. After the adoption of the Orkney Local Development Plan, this guidance will be statutory Supplementary Guidance and form part of the Orkney Local Development Plan.
