Affordable Housing

The Supplementary Guidance Affordable Housing accompanies Policy S4 of the Orkney Local Development Plan for affordable housing in order to accommodate the housing needs of those who may not be able to compete on the open market for property. It provides the detailed requirements and definitions for developers to ensure the successful implementation of this policy.
