Orkney Housing Association Limited - OHAL was established in 1985 to complement the housing activities of Orkney Islands Council.

What is OHAL's Role?

OHAL is a non-profit making, charitable organisation with a membership open to anyone interested in supporting its aims.

There are currently 158 shareholding members of whom 64 are also tenants of the Association.

Organisation Management

OHAL is managed by a Management Committee elected from the general membership at its Annual General Meeting.
