The Council encourages and welcomes the submission of applications for planning permission electronically through the Planning Portal.

The Planning Portal is the Scottish Government's online planning resource for Scotland. Use this site to learn about planning, apply for planning permission, download planning application forms, guidance notes and appeal against a planning decision.
