Development Briefs and Design Statements Supplementary Guidance

Adopted - 7 October 2014

Further to public consultation from 8 May 2014 to 19 June 2014 the Development Briefs and Design Statements Supplementary Guidance was adopted by Full Council on 7 October 2014. This Supplementary Guidance is material consideration when making decisions on planning applications from this date.  It will also inform the review of the Development Plan. It was approved by the Scottish Government as Supplementary Guidance on 13 November 2014.
