Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board has received the following application for variation of premises licence:

Applicant: Ulrike and Kenneth Summers Partnership, Surrigarth, Westray, Orkney KW17 2DD.

Premises: Peter Miller Shop, Surrigarth, Westray, Orkney KW17 2DD.

Date by which objections may be made to the Board: 23 March 2018.

Variations applied for:

  • Relocation of off-sale alcohol displays within the premises and increase in capacity of 3 square metres.
  • Increase in operating hours to 10:00 to 22:00 Mon to Sat inclusive and 10:00 to 20:00 Sun.
  • Provision of recorded music.
