Orkney Islands Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2017

On 3 October 2017 Orkney Islands Council made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on 6 October 2017, is as described in the relevant notice of proposals published in The Orcadian on 8 June 2017.

The Orders being revoked have also been included in the 'Related downloads' section of this page for reference purposes.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks from 3 October 2017, make application to the Court of Session for this purpose.
