The Council is reminding residents of funding that could help cut fuel bills and keep homes warm this winter.
OIC was awarded £1.4 million from the Scottish Government for 2017-2018 to help home owners, private sector tenants and landlords improve the energy efficiency of their homes.
Funding is available for a range of measures - loft insulation, under floor insulation, internal wall insulation, and external wall insulation.
Our pictures show external wall insulation being fitted.
Some households may also qualify for help in replacing old inefficient oil boilers or storage heaters with modern versions - efficient boilers and high heat retention storage heaters.
