Online Payment
You can pay Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Council House Rent, Garage Rent or Invoices and Other Payments using our online payments facility. Additional services will be added as we continue to develop the range of payments available online.
Orkney Islands Council has provided this free service in conjunction with Capita enabling Council customers to make payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can make a variery of payments using this secure site with most major credit or debit cards (excluding Diners Card or American Express).
Please note if you are making a payment from outside the UK:
As our payment system only allows UK postcodes you should use the Council’s postcode of KW15 1NY and this will allow your payment to be processed.

If you have used the Council website to pay your Council bills before, you will notice that the online payment site has changed. You can still access the old payments site at Bill Payment website to look at your payment history, but you should not make any new payments on that site as the service provider is no longer being used and access will eventually be withdrawn.
