Building Warrant Fee Increases from 1 July 2017

Scottish Ministers advised all local authority verifiers on 29 June 2017 that the planned changes to building warrant fees will apply from 1 July 2017. Consequently charges for all building warrant related applications received on or after 1 July 2017 will be calculated in accordance with the revised Fees table.
