The Head of Finance, for the purposes of Section 95 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, shall be responsible for the proper administration of the Council’s financial affairs. The Policy and Resources Committee is responsible to the Council for regulation and controlling the finances of the Council.
These regulations set down the standards that the Council requires from all officers and members of the Council.
All officers and members must exhibit the highest standards of probity when dealing with the Council’s finances.
