But we do our best to get things right, and we really appreciate hearing from you when you’re pleased with the service you’re getting from us.
Making Compliments and Complaints
So help us do our best for you. Tell us when something has gone wrong so that we can put it right. How you can make a complaint to Orkney Islands Council is detailed in our complaints procedure.
