Education, Leisure and Housing
The Education, Leisure and Housing Committee plays a key role in the running and development of Orkney's education service, community leisure activities, sport and cultural heritage. The Committee also has responsibility for a range of housing matters, including the provision of council housing.

- Leader (ex officio).
- Depute Leader.
- 9 other Members of Orkney Islands Council.
- Three Religious Representatives (with voting rights).
- Two Teacher Representatives (no voting rights).
